WTF Fun Fact – Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement

Since 1998, 46 states have entered into the Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement with big tobacco, where they are given payments based on the sales of cigarettes. As non-participating manufacturers (i.e. e-liquids) enter the market, the states have begun to lose hundreds of millions of dollars. – WTF Fun Facts
