Scientist John B. Goodenough helped create RAM as well as Li-ion batteries in the 1970’s. In 2019, he received the Nobel prize in chemistry for his Li-ion work and became the oldest ever to receive a Nobel prize. He is still researching batteries at 98 years old. – WTF Fun Facts
