Well when you don’t have any morals you are willing to take a stand for. When you are just fine with letting the entire world kill each other, as long as you can do business with and profit off each side. You tend 2 be able to afford a whole lot defensive infrastructure.
It doesn’t hurt that their entire country is Mountain.
Being able to build bunkers above ground is a whole lot easier and a whole lot cheaper.
