WTF Fun Fact – Named After Native Americans

Many of the US Army helicopters are named after Native Americans (Apache, Black Hawk, Chinook, etc.) because of former regulation AR 70-28, which mandated they be named using “Indian terms and names of American Indian tribes and chiefs.” – WTF Fun Facts
