Research in Canada has found that toddler’s who learn how to lie early on are more likely to do better later in life. The study found only 1/5 of two year olds know how to lie. – WTF Fun Facts

They do better because lying is a form of manipulation which teaches them how to be conniving. In short lying teaches them how to “get over” which diminishes the real work it takes to do better in life. It’s the art of being deceitful and that is deceptive.
